Worked well for me on a low dose but you can't stay on it and will ultimately gain all the weight back. Also make sure you stay hydrated and don't stop eating completely or you can be malnourished and develop issues like osteoporosis.

I’ve heard the same thing about needing to use it carefully and not just rely on it long-term. Hydration and actually eating enough seem super important too.
