How can I lose that small bit of “Fluff”

hi, I’ve been lifting for a long time and I’m pretty happy with how I look. I’m very muscular, but I wanna lean down more and lose that little bit of “fluff”. As mentioned i’m already pretty muscular but how can i lean down even more? i don’t really want to track calories or anything but should I increase my cardio? Specifically want to lose a little bit of fluff on my legs and stomach.

hi, I've been lifting a couple years and only in the past 6ish months have been able to feel more lean. A few things I had to fix to see results: 1. "Am I actually lifting heavy enough?" I had spent alot of time doing abs light because theres this weird conspiracy theory in a lot social media based workouts that abs function totally differently than the rest of the muscles on your body. Abs are just like everything else, if you go heavier you'll see them more. 2. Its all about the math, with fat loss, you have 3 options, A lot of cardio (4-6 times a week) and then have more food freedom, do a fair amount more cardio (2-3 times a week) and eat a little better, or do a little cardio (1-2 a week) and focus more on kitchen abs. All three approaches are a good place to start if eating cleaner and doing a lot of cardio feels like a lot (because it is) you always have time to workup to that.
